TERRE DEL COLLEONI D.O.C. PINOT GRIGIO
Straw yellow in color, elegant, intense, and persistent, with hints of exotic yellow fruit, notes of wood, and vanilla. Warm, soft, and balanced, produced only in the best vintages. A white wine of great structure, an excellent pairing for the cuisine of Lake Iseo.

Lapis Rosa
BERGAMASCA I.G.T. PINOT GRIGIO VINIFICATO IN ROSATO
Made exclusively in the best vintages from Pinot Grigio grapes with an intriguing rosé vinification.
The wine presents a coppery color, with a complex nose featuring notes of pomegranate, currant, and rose water. On the palate, it is slightly tannic and quite persistent.

VALCALEPIO D.O.C. ROSSO
Red with garnet reflections, intense and complex, with hints of black cherry, pepper, and balsamic notes. Warm, soft, with just the right amount of tannins, and persistent. Great balance and harmony, with a skillful use of wooden barrels. We recommend pairing it with traditional Bergamasque dishes such as spiedo and casoncelli.

Lapis Aeternus
VALCALEPIO D.O.C. ROSSO RISERVA
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with extended aging, first in oak barrels and then in the bottle, featuring aromas of red fruit jam, pepper, and rhubarb. A warm, persistent wine with great body and extremely smooth tannins. Perfect with braised meats and game.

Made from a carefully crafted cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, with a meticulous and long aging process of at least 48 months on the lees. Straw yellow with golden reflections, made brilliant by the richness of the bubbles, it offers an aromatic bouquet ranging from fresh flowers to white fruits, with mineral and yeast notes, expressing the refinement of a sparkling wine that has received significant recognition. On the palate, it is mineral, with the right acidity and persistence.

Zero sugar, zero compromises.
Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes, with a minimum of 60 months aging on the lees, it has a golden yellow color, with persistent, numerous, and very fine bubbles. The nose offers a complex bouquet with hints of apple, white flowers, and mineral notes reminiscent of oyster water. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, and persistent.

PASSITO ROSSO 2011
Vino passito di estrema rarità, la più piccola D.O.C.G. italiana, poche bottiglie di un nettare pregiato: rosso rubino intenso, al naso esplode nei sentori di confettura di mirtilli, prugna, marasca sotto spirito. In bocca abboccato con retrogusto amarognolo, con tannini morbidissimi, lascia un piacevole ricordo anche dopo molto tempo.

Prodotto sulle rive del Lago d’Iseo si contraddistingue per una bassissima acidità è un frutto molto delicato al naso che in bocca che si accompagna ad un retrogusto piccante e amaro. L’espressione dell’eccellenza delle cultivar italiane nel territorio.

Made from the pomace of our best Chardonnay, it remains in barriques for over 18 months, giving it a golden yellow color. On the nose, wood, tobacco, and spice aromas emerge. On the palate, it is dry, persistent, with notes of forest undergrowth, mushrooms, and eucalyptus.
