CLASSIC METHOD BRUT

Obtained from the masterly cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc and a scrupulous, long process with a minimum of 48 months on yeasts. Pale yellow, golden highlights, brightened by the richness of the bubbles, aromatic bouquet, ranging from fresh flowers to white fruits, mineral and yeast notes, expressing the refinement of a sparkling wine that has received major awards. In the mouth, mineral, just the right amount of acidity and lingering.

GRAPES: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Blanc

AGING: 48 months on yeasts
